Our process
Initiation
You sign an investment contract with Latcrea Group and make a downpayment of 25%. The construction process starts within 10 days.
Construction
Two months after initiation, the second payment of 25% will be required, and 2 months after will come the third payment, completing the 75%. During this period, you regularly get a summary of the progress made in each key area of the project (with photos).
Acceptance
The property is built in 7 months, you are able to verify all the details and make the final payment of 25%. You get the documents and keys.
Villa management
Once you take over the villa, you can have an agreement with our management company or choose villa self-management.
You will not have to take care of the day-to-day operations to make things go smoothly and keep the property up to date if you decide to use our services.
We will undertake all necessary operations:
1. Make sure tenants turnover is timely
2. Serve the guests and resolve their issues
3. Maintain the property and amenities
